Reading your tracking
What each status means
- 1ProcessingThe sender has created the shipment and the carrier is getting it ready.
- 2SentThe carrier has the parcel and it's leaving the origin facility.
- 3In transitThe parcel is moving between hubs, and may pass through customs on the way.
- 4DeliveredThe parcel was handed over at the destination address.
No new updates for a few days?
International parcels often go quiet for 3 to 7 days while they're on a flight or waiting in customs. If nothing changes for more than 10 days, contact the sender and give them your tracking number.
Where to find your tracking number
Look in the shipping confirmation email or text from the shop, on the receipt from the post office, or on the parcel's label. It's usually 10 to 22 letters and digits, like RA123456789CN.
Tracking number not found?
New labels can take up to 24 hours to appear after the shop creates them. Check the number for typos, then try again later.
